| The Labor-Management committee consists of two members appointed by the President of FOP Lodge 6, and two members appointed by the Chief of Police. This Committee discusses and reviews labor issues of mutual concern. There is no obligation on either party to enter into any agreement on such subjects.
Labor Management Committee members may enter into “Memorandums of Understanding” to resolve issues of mutual concern specific to the Department subject to approval and signature by the Chief and President of FOP. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the Labor Management Committee shall meet at least once each quarter at a time and place mutually agreed upon by the Chief or his designee and the FOP President. |
